1. All products purchased from orderbelow.com can't be exchanged currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to cs@orderbelow.com. In case you want to raise a dispute, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

2. Replacement will be sent in case the product is found to be defected/faulty/damaged. 

3. No Exchange & Return on discounted items during Sale.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, pandemic etc.

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

Product is damaged because of use.

Product has been tampered.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

4.You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at cs@orderbelow.com within 7 days of purchase after which no claims will be entertained.
